Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and other paid services offered by AK Trades. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

All Sales Are Final

All payments are final and refunds will not be issued on subscriptions. This applies to your initial membership charge and to each recurring renewal charge, regardless of which plan you're on, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This means we do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for unused time. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion, though you will keep access until the end of that paid period.

Cancel at Any Time

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewal charges going forward. Because all payments are final, canceling does not trigger a refund of any charge that has already been made.

Pausing Your Membership

If you need a break, you may pause your membership instead of canceling. Membership pauses are limited to one month. While paused, renewal charges stop and access is suspended for the duration of the pause; your membership automatically resumes, and billing restarts, at the end of the one-month pause period. Other Separate Purchases

One-time purchases made separately from the membership, such as our investing guide, may have their own refund rules, shown at the time of purchase. Where separate rules are shown at checkout, those rules apply to that purchase instead of this policy.

One-on-One (1-on-1) Sessions

Payments for 1-on-1 mentorship sessions are non-refundable. Instead, you may credit the payment toward another AK Trades service.

Chargebacks and Abuse

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it directly. Chargebacks, payment disputes, repeated refund requests, or other abuse of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, and may make you ineligible for future refunds.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, instead of contacting us first, will result in an immediate ban from the AK Trades platform and community.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. We will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
